Target Safety
Target Safety is a program of daily toolbox safety meetings that also provides safety awareness, coordinated training, a Last Minute Risk Assessment, and individual sign-ins for Participants. The daily 5-10 minute safety training covers topics required by OSHA, as well as ISNetword, T-RAVS, Avetta, PEC, Veriforce and other third party auditing requirements for contractors.
Audits and job site inspections
Starting with a review of safety programs, training and accident prevention in place, WCM can then recommend & develop solutions as required. WCM can support the Client’s in-house safety staff by providing training & safety professional services support on an as-needed basis.
OSHA’s standards require employers to have accident prevention programs that provide for frequent and regular inspection of the jobsites, materials, and equipment by competent persons designated by the employers. Safety inspections are the most effective means of identifying hazardous conditions at the worksite. Here at WCM, we identify potential OSHA violations, liability issues and risk exposures while assisting clients with mitigating hazards before they damage the reputation of your company and injure employees.
