Kerry Higgins has been Vice President of Technical Services at WCM for over 20 years. He is responsible for the management of environmental compliance and permitting activities for clients in the petrochemical, oil & gas, health, chemical transportation and electric generation industries. He specializes in preparing air permit applications, developing environmental compliance systems and calculating atmospheric emissions from industrial sources.

Kerry earned his B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas in Austin.
