Donna McMillan is a Director of Technical Services at WCM. She has over 25 years of experience with environmental regulations and compliance for the transportation and manufacturing industries. She coordinates the WCM staff on Due Diligence projects, conducts compliance audits and prepares technical reports and waste management reviews.

Donna earned her Associate’s in Business Administration from Eastern New Mexico University. She is a Registered Environmental Manager and a Certified Environmental Auditor.
